Adding your email account onto your iPhone is straightforward, however some additional settings will be required to point your mail in the correct direction. Before you go ahead with the setup, please make sure you have the following details:

• An IMAP or POP email package (view prices)
• Your email address: you@yourdomain.com
• Your email password

Please Note: the below setup instructions are valid for the default iPhone email application on the latest version of iOS. How to Configure Mail For iPhone

1. Go to the settings application and scroll down to or search for Passwords & Accounts.
2. Select Add Account
3. Choose Other as your provider and then select Add Mail Account again
4. Procced to fill in the information as follows:
• Name: This is what others will see when you email them.
• E-Mail Address: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password
• Description: the name given to your inbox on your Mail application. For example Work Email
5. Select Next at the top right to proceed and then fill in the required fields with the following information:
• Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain
• username: your full email address*
• Password: Your email password
• Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain
• username: your full email address*
• Password: Your email password
6. To complete the setup, select Next and then Save your settings.
